LICENSE
=======

This is a license describing what I am agreeing to by submitting this
Digital Project to the Digital Studies archive at UMW. I understand that
by submitting my work here, I'm agreeing to allow it to be posted online
at a site hosted by UMW, probably archive.dgst101.net for now.

I understand that the purpose of this archive is to share my work with a
wider audience, which may mean that it will be posted publicly on
DGST101.net, linked to on Facebook or other social media, and generally
used to represent Digital Studies work at the University of Mary
Washington.

It may also be used to support pedagogy. For example, it could be shared
as an example or for inspiration to future students, or a professor may
use it as an example in research article or conference presentation
about the class.

Furthermore, I attest that all of the material that appears in my
project is either my own creation, or I'm using it with respect to
relevant copyright laws. That is, if I'm using material someone else
created, I either have their express permission to use it (as in a
creative commons license granting permission for derivative work), or
I'm using it in a way that is consistent with best practices in Fair
Use.

detailed explanation of Fair Use, see fairuse.stanford.edu.
